Found it on some site… And i never uploaded something flash to my website and wanted to see how that went… It was an epic adventure to find out! I now realize i need a flash-embedding-thing if i want to do it again!
I also wanted the noisy flash not to show in the index listing…
And so i went into #wordpress and talked a bit to to simonwheatley_. He suggested to use ‘Shortcodes‘. I had no clue what that was, but it seems it’s a new feature in WordPress 2.5 and up. Allowing people to use things like [somerandomfunction] in posts and have it do amazing things.
He put together a tiny example. With that and the API i mocked up a quick plugin to get flash embedded :) yarrr!!
Usage will be a snap:

Is the code for the flash used in this post for example… And most variables will be optional, too. To make it even easier.
