Summary
In case you need 2 comment forms, for example an extra one for a bunch of custom pages. This plugin comes in handy. You could also use this plugin for powering your guestbook or the like.

Features

- 1. Upload the file ‘wp-alternate-commentform.php’ to your ‘wp-content/plugins/’ folder.
- 2. Upload the files ‘tpl-alt-comment-form.php’ and ‘comments-alt.php’ to your theme folder.
- 3. Goto the plugins page and activate “Alternate comment form”.
- 4. Goto Options > Alt comment form and set some settings.
- 5. Now whenever you need the form select “Alternate comment form” as the page template.
- 6. Ofcourse the template ‘comment-alt.php’ will need some editing to look like you want.
- 7. Make a donation!
Un-install:
- 1. Goto options > alt comment form
- 2. Click un-install plugin
- 3. Remove the file from wp-content/plugins and from your theme folder
